Refund Policy

To initiate a cancellation/refund of your order, you can write a mail to astrologersharmag@outlook.com and mention the order number and the reason for the cancellation of your order.

Customer will be provided full refund of purchase as per following

• Full refund will be issued if the cancellation has been made within 2 days of purchase and if the order has not been processed at our end.
• In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, maybe be forfeited and Guruparampara cannot be held responsible for the same.
• All valid requests for refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving the request. If you do not receive the same within this time, please write to astrologersharmag@outlook.com.
